Step 2 — Technical Screening Call
30 minutesA relaxed conversation about your technical background, what you've built, how you think about problems, and why you want to work at Rootlevel. No trick questions. No whiteboard algorithms under time pressure.
Step 3 — Practical Task
Take-home, 2–3 daysA small, real-world task relevant to the role — something you'd actually encounter in the job. We assess how you think and how you communicate your approach, not just whether the output is perfect.
Step 4 — Final Discussion & Offer
1 hourMeet the team. Ask everything you want to know about the role, the projects, the culture, and the growth path. If there's a mutual fit, we move to offer within 48 hours.
